The FGPC Murph 2025 DUO TEAM Challenge is available to men and women as team competitors (DUO = team of 2, any gender pairs) who have the stamina and fitness to accomplish a timed sequence of challenges:
Date: Tuesday November 11th, 2025
Time: Heats will be throughout the day 10AM-4PM
Options: 5 Scaling Options
Price: $140+ Tax Pair
Partner Murph (each complete 800m Run, 50 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 150 Air Squats, 800m Run)
