This month-long introductory course is designed for paddlers who are new to structured sprint paddling and want to try the sport in a supportive team environment. It is a great entry point for athletes who are curious about paddling, interested in learning basic skills, and not yet ready for a full training program.
Athletes will be introduced to foundational sprint paddling technique, balance, boat control, teamwork, and general fitness. Paddlers will also have the opportunity to try different paddling disciplines, including sprint kayaks/canoes, outrigger canoes, and stand up paddle boards.
This course is beginner-friendly and focuses on learning, confidence, and having fun on the water.
