Ready for a new adventure? Join FGPC's Marcus and Jessica Krieger for a 7-night / 8-day Barcelona / Catalonia Spain trip from 18 May through 25 May 2026. This FGPC Expeditions adventure includes one month of pre-travel dragon boat training beginning in April 2026, and optional gym instruction beginning in January 2026 (the best new year's resolution ever). Cost is $3500 (except where identified as "option" or "optional," which will require additional costs).

Payment terms

• $500 down (non-refundable) plus $500 per month for monthly payment option via credit card on file beginning 1 January 2026 through to and including 1 April 2026 or pay $500 down (non-refundable) plus $3000 for a full payment on or before 1 February 2026.
• Payments over and above the initial deposit are refundable according to FGPC's refund and cancellation policies.

April / May PRE-TRAINING: Saturday Mornings, 18 April through 9 May 2026 — Pre-Departure dragon boat training at FGPC in 10-seat and 20-seat BUK dragon boats

• Crews will be organized and seated into 10seat and 20seat configurations over 4 included training sessions → FGPC docks (coached by Jessica / Marcus Krieger)
• Crew assessments will result in race weekend seating order and crew selections
• Athletes are encouraged to pursue winter training in outrigger and/or dragon boat over winter months
• Dry land training sessions will be offered at additional charge in January 2026; athletes can sign up for independent gym training via weekly emailed workouts leading up to the first dragon boat session on 18 April; weekly gym workouts will be developed by FGPC gym staff → FGPC's Waterfront Fitness facility (Dry-land training developed by Adam Black, head dry-land coach)
