FGPC Island Girlz Training
Description
FGPC Island Girlz is a women’s dragon boat training program designed to keep you paddling strong all winter long.
We’re looking for motivated paddlers who want to:
- Build fitness and stamina through the off-season
- Sharpen technique and racing skills
- Train in a supportive, team-focused environment
Led by Jessica Krieger - a competitive paddler with international podium experience - this program combines challenging workouts with focused skill development, preparing you for success in the next racing season.

- Saturdays, 9:30am - 11:00am
- Saturday, October 11 - Saturday, March 28
- No practices from Monday, December 22 - Friday, January 2
- Limited to 24 registrations
- $195.00
- Registrants must have 2 or more years of experience with dragon boat paddling. This program is not for beginners
