Intermediate OC1 Series
Description
This program is designed for experienced paddlers with previous solo outrigger experience who are looking to improve their solo performance. Sessions focus on structured workout progression, sprint training, and developing the speed, power, and technical skills required for time trials and OC1 racing.
Registration inquiries will be reviewed by FGPC's Head Coach to ensure the program is an appropriate fit.
