Intermediate Outrigger Series
Description
The Intermediate Outrigger program is designed for paddlers looking to elevate their fitness, refine their technique, and develop their racing skills. This program focuses on competing in local races across Vancouver Island, with opportunities for off-island racing. To improve performance, additional strength and fitness training is recommended. Intermediate OC sessions run on Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 7:00pm and Saturday mornings from 11:00am - 1:00pm.

- Saturday, October 3 - Wednesday, March 31
- No practices from Monday, December 21 - Sunday, January 3
