Fairway Gorge Paddling Club Retail Vendor Agreement
This agreement applies if you are not selling food or beverage item(s) of any kind.
This agreement is to secure a vendor spot for one or more of the following events:
- Fairway Gorge Super Sprints - 1 day event, Saturday 24 May 2025 - 2940 Jutland Road Victoria
- Fee: $200 + GST
- Nanaimo Dragon Boat Festival - 2 day event, 12 and 13 July 2025, Maffeo Sutton Park Nanaimo
- Fee: $400 + GST
- Vancouver Island Dragon Boat Festival - 2 day event, 23 and 24 August 2025 - 2940 Jutland Road Victoria
- Fee: $400 + GST
These festivals are organized by Fairway Gorge Paddling Club Society (the “Organizer”).
Power hookup where available is $100 + GST. If paid for and not available, fee will be refunded.
