WF Introductory Dry Land Training Program

This coached 10-week strength program supplements the Introductory and Recreational OC and DB programs. This option is ideal for those who are new to the gym, with the athlete learning the foundations of strength and conditioning, as well as sport-specific exercises. There will also be a careful eye on technique in order to build optimal movement patterns that will translate to overall performance improvements on the water.
