FGPC MURPH Challenge
The FGPC Murph 2024 Challenge takes place on Monday 11 November and is available to men and women as solo or team competitors (teams of 2) who have the stamina and fitness to accomplish a timed sequence of challenges as follows:
Date: Monday November 11th, 2024
Time: Heats will be throughout the day 8AM-4PM
Options: 15 Scaling Options
Price: $75+ Tax Solo, $140+ Tax Pair
Full Volume (1 mile run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Air Squats, 1 mile Run)
1 - Unpartitioned Vest (20/14)
2 - Partitioned Vest (20/14)
3 - Unpartitioned No Vest
4 - Partitioned No Vest
5 - Full volume scaled and partitioned as needed
Half Murph (800m Run, 50 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 150 Air Squats, 800m Run)
6 - Unpartitioned Vest (20/14)
7 - Partitioned Vest (20/14)
8 - Unpartitioned No Vest
9 - Partitioned No Vest
10 - Full volume scaled and partitioned as needed
Partner Murph (each complete, in relay, 800m Run, 50 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 150 Air Squats, 800m Run)
11 - Unpartitioned Vest (20/14)
12 - Partitioned Vest (20/14)
13 - Unpartitioned No Vest
14 - Partitioned No Vest
15 - Full volume scaled and partitioned as needed
Options 1-10 will need to indicate Men or Women, 11-15 will just be any gender pairs.
